Join the Museum on Mondays for chair yoga in the historic McFadden-Ross house!
Chair Yoga is a soothing way of adapting classic yoga poses using a chair. Chair yoga is both a form of exercise and also relaxation through breathing, meditation, and gentle stretches, without the stress of standing and getting up and down from the floor.

Giving Tuesday at the DHM

At the Dearborn Historical Museum, we hope that you will consider making a gift to support local history this Giving Tuesday, November 30th. The DHM is heavily reliant on community support to continue renovations at our three historic 1830s buildings and to continue offering our community programming including the Teddy Bear Picnic, Pioneer School Program, and more.
Donations to the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Museum Guild of Dearborn are tax-deductible and go toward financially supporting the Dearborn Historical Museum.

Arab American Heritage Exhibit

The exhibit, created by interns from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, focuses on the history of immigration, culture, and businesses of Arab people in Dearborn.
The McFadden Ross House is open Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The museum is free to visit and is family-friendly.
